It is located in the “Montes de Tolox” public forest, on the outskirts of town, next to the municipal sports complex. It is a circular trail, 717 meters long and with a gentle slope, ideal for families. The entire trail runs through peridotite, an ultrabasic rock of magmatic origin that is high in iron and magnesium and home to a wealth of endemic plants.
Throughout the tour, some of the species found in this unique type of geological material are identified, many of which are also capable of living in soils other than peridotites.
