The Farmhouse Trail is a picturesque 21.99-kilometer route with a total elevation gain of approximately 737 meters. Designed to meet the standards of the 075 label, this route promotes active and sustainable mobility, offering an eco-friendly alternative to motorized vehicles and fostering sustainable tourism in the region. By making it easier to get around the Casarabonela area, the route promotes a healthier and more environmentally friendly lifestyle.

The route offers cyclists the opportunity to enjoy panoramic views and connect with nature as they ride through the Sierra de las Nieves National Park and Natural Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. From Casarabonela, cyclists set off toward Álora along quiet country roads, and then head south along the Sierra de la Robla trail.

This route features a mix of moderate ascents and descents, testing cyclists’ physical endurance before returning to the town of origin. Along the route, riders can observe various geological formations and a rich local biodiversity.
