The Seven Springs Trail winds through a varied landscape, where almond, olive, and fig groves first come into view, followed by Mediterranean vegetation featuring pine forests, holm oaks, junipers, mastic trees, and cornicabra olive trees.

The trail winds through areas of scrubland and climbs more than 800 meters. At the highest point, it offers views of the source of the Jorox River, its spring, a cave, and peaks and valleys of great beauty. The area is home to species such as the mountain goat, the fox, and the badger, as well as birds like the golden eagle, the kestrel, the red-legged partridge, and the nightingale.
