Alozaina’s Plaza de la Constitución, formerly known as Plaza de Abastos, owes its name to the advent of democracy in Spain during the period known as the Transition (1975–1982). It refers to the 1978 Constitution, the foundation of our current democratic system.
This square is one of the town’s central hubs, home to the Town Hall. It has a roughly triangular layout, formed by the intersection of several main streets. Throughout the year, various festivals and celebrations take place here, helping to strengthen the local community’s collective identity.
